Refund Guarantee Service:

The Refund Guarantee Service is an optional, non-refundable offering designed to enhance customer assurance and provide peace of mind. We acknowledge your enthusiasm for participating in live courses presented by Al Naeem Training Center, understanding that unforeseen circumstances may hinder your attendance. In alignment with Dr. Ahmed Emara's commitment to fostering a mutually beneficial relationship with customers (Win-Win Situation), we have introduced the "Refund Guarantee Service" to enable you to secure a refund in the event of non-attendance. This service also aids the organizing center in addressing the repercussions of late cancellations.

When you subscribe to the Refund Guarantee Service, you can benefit from the following features:

• Submit the refund request up to forty-eight (48) hours before the start of the course to receive a full refund after deducting any collection or transfer fees.

• The non-refundable service fee cannot be used for other services.

• You can only avail of the Refund Guarantee Service during the course subscription process or within 24 hours of subscribing to the course.

If you wish to change your subscription category later:

• To upgrade, you can maintain the Refund Guarantee Service by paying the additional amount within twenty-four (24) hours of the upgrade. If no upgrade is made, the package is canceled, and you cannot benefit from its features.

• When downgrading, the Refund Guarantee Service for the adjusted subscription category is automatically activated, and no refund is permitted for any differences in fees.
